These terms explain how TipTracker can be used, how your data is handled, and the limits of the service.

1) Use of the service
  • TipTracker is for personal use to track tips, shifts, receipts, and reports.
  • You agree not to misuse the service (e.g., attempt to break security, scrape data, or upload harmful content).
  • You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
2) User data & privacy
  • Your entries and receipts are stored in your account and are not sold or shared.
  • No tip/receipt data is sent to third parties for advertising or tracking.
  • Emails (like verification) are only used to operate the service.
  • You can export your data any time using the Export feature.
3) Limitations
  • We aim for high uptime, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Data can be lost due to events outside our control (hardware failure, outages, user error).
  • TipTracker does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
4) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to improve the service or reflect operational changes. Continued use of TipTracker after changes means you accept the updated terms.
